Jon Coulthurst (Owner) of JC Drafting and Design, Inc. has been designing residential custom homes and remodels/additions in the Sarasota, FL area, including Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Anna Maria, Lakewood Ranch and Manatee for over 30 years.

With the addition of Jon's son, Justin Coulthurst, JC Drafting & Design, Inc. is able to provide its clients with an even higher level of service. Joining the company in 2010, Justin's now 6+ years of experience of developed talents in 2D & 3D design offer clients, and the JC Drafting & Design team, a more diverse and collaborative scope of design ideas!
